My thoughts...
I push my students to do their very best and do not accept less than what they are capable of. Piano instruction is about teaching goals, following through on goals, and learning from the realization of set goals. Organized music instruction prepares students for many things in life that will need strength, confidence, and leadership. I help facilitate the transition from early childhood into early adulthood, using music as a means to success.

  • Your only requirement is a dream, a passion, a vision, and a real piano that needs playing.
  • Younger students will need to rely on parental support. It's IMPERATIVE.
  • With daily practice, students learn to work independently.
  • Please call for a trial lesson, to ask a question, or to just talk shop. I am here to fulfill all of your music needs.
  • Trial lessons are a nominal $20 fee for a 30 minute consult/lesson.

Tuition

Overview

  • Tuition is billed at the beginning of each semester, in full.
  • Tuition does not include the price of books/materials, or the Registration Fee.
  • Single/Family Reg Fee is $25/30.
  • Payments accepted are Cash, Check, or Zelle.
  • Students meet once a week during their assigned day and lesson time.
  • I strive to treat everyone equally, and adhere to a strict signed studio policy, regarding lessons and expectations.

Calendar

  • The school year is divided into 2 semesters: Fall/Winter and Winter/Spring; 17 weeks with built in vacations.
  • The Summer Session is unique, and built around your needs to continue learning. Summer info posted by 5/1
  • Summer students focus on Fall competition prep, Melodiya's annual Sweet Corn Festival performance with the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce, and furthering their studies in theory.

30 min lessons 17 WEEKS $765.00 Recommended for ages 7-9
45 min lessons 17 WEEKS $1,147.50 Recommended for ages 10-18
60 min lessons 17 WEEKS $1530.00 Recommended for college bound musicians
